Despite its small size, Luxembourg boasts a great variety of landscapes that often remain little known to many of its inhabitants, both ex-patriate and national. The images in this gallery show some of the beautiful spots I come across and photograph during my walks in the Luxembourgish great outdoors.

This is an ongoing photo reportage from the place I live in, a great small city in the heart of Europe with a diversity of architecture, cultures, people and a rich history that make it quite unique.
These images are a reflection of the many facets Luxembourg city has to offer and in particular those things that have caught my attention. Since I live here I have developed a taste for architectural photography and like to look at buildings not just as utility spaces, I like to play with perspective and their geometry and I am always looking to find interesting angles. Whenever I can I also prefer to introduce the human element to the scene with the intention of giving a better sense of place and dimension.

Over the years I have developed a taste for architectural photography and I like to look at buildings not just like utility spaces but also as an important part of the urban landscape. The combination of light, shadows, lines, reflections and the symmetries I find keep me interested in this area of photography even though it is not my main area of work. Here you will find a selection of my images from my adoptive country Luxembourg, where the most innovative and daring architecture coexists with centuries-old buildings in a very special and unique symbiosis. Some of the images are commissions while other ones are part of my personal work.

Slovenia Landscapes
Slovenia Landscapes
While on a short family vacation around the magnificent Lake Bled in Slovenia we explored the surrounding area that belongs to the Triglav National Park, in the heart of the Julian Alps. A place we truly enjoyed and I am sure I will visit again.
